  1. ​​Why should I register to the STARR website?
    Registering with the website allows you to subscribe to alerts and receive email notifications about updates to the specific areas of interest within the website.
    Who can register to the STARR website? Registration is open to the general public, anybody can register.

  2. How do I log in to the site?
    Click on the Login/Register link at the top right corner of the screen.  Enter the credentials that you entered when you registered.  Passwords are case sensitive so make sure you enter them as is.  To log in to the site make sure you enter atgteams\ in front of your username, (example: atgteams\username).  You can also enter it as username@atgteams.com.

  3. How do I set up email alerts?
    Follow these steps:
    Go to the area of the website for which you want to receive notifications
    Select Alert Me
    Select the Change Type
    Select the Alert Frequency You should receive an email confirming a successful setup.

  4. How do I reset my password?
    If you need to reset your password, simply click on the Login/Register link at the top right corner of the screen. There you will choose the Reset Password link. Enter your user name, email and click the Submit button. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your password reset. 

  5. How do I change my password?
    To change your password, click on the Login/Register link at the top right corner of the screen. Choose the Change Password link. The account information field will be automatically filled with the information provided by you during the registration to the STARR website. Then you will proceed to enter the old password, the new password and then confirm the new password. Click the Change Password button to submit your changes.

  6. How do I submit comments to STARR?
    To submit comments or participate in discussions you can use the STARR blog. Click on the Resources menu and select STARR blog to access the blog. Then click on the comment link in the posting page. This will allow you to start a discussion in the STARR blog by entering a title and a message in the body field. Click the Submit Comment button. Your submission will not appear in public views until approved by someone with proper rights.

  7. What is the STARR Wiki?
    The STARR Wiki allows the organization of contributions to be edited in addition to the content itself. Like many simple concepts, "open editing" has some profound and subtle effects on Wiki usage. This page provides a platform for knowledge exchange among STARR users.
